- No returns or exchanges on: costumes, costume accessories, makeup, wigs, hats, sale items, and used fixtures.
- Returnable items must be returned in their original package with the original sales receipt.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned more than 30 days after purchase.
- No refunds will be made 90 days after purchase.
- Refunds will be made in the same form as original payment.  Charge refunds will be credited back to the same account.
- Display House, Inc. reserves the right to refund cash or check payments in the form of a check.  Check refunds may take up to 21 days.
